Drill Work Preparation:

• Divide the pad into six parts as shown in the top image.
• Prepare a page like this for each of the drill exercises.

Drill Work Instructions:

• Place the first wash over the whole design.
• Allow the design to fully dry.
• Add a little color to the wash and overwash parts 2-6.
• Allow the design to fully dry.
• Add a a bit more color to the wash and overwash parts 3-6.
• Allow the design to fully dry.
• Add still more color to the wash and overwash parts 4-6.
• Allow the design to fully dry.
• Add even more color to the wash and overwash parts 5-6.
• Allow the design to fully dry.
• Add a little more color to the wash and overwash part 6 only to make it the darkest.

Drill Work:

1. Paint the design with the tints of red.
2. Paint the design with the tints of orange.
3. Paint the design with the tints of yellow.
4. Paint the design with the tints of green.
5. Paint the design with the tints of blue.
6. Paint the design with the tints of violet.
7. Paint the design with the tints gray.
