Repeat the following for each word or phrase:

Step 4: Teach New Sentences
Display a full sentence from the lesson.
Display the lesson.
Step 4: Teach Quotation Marks - Dialogue
Point out to children the quotation marks ('), which in the passage indicate, dialogue, or that the person is speaking.
Teach children that quotation marks often indicate the beginning and ending of someone speaking.
Step 6: Independent Reinforcement
